Even at the best of times, life can feel like a battlefield. You can feel torn in so many directions. You might feel like you don’t want to let people down but you also want to be true to yourself. You can find yourself in conflict with others, and more often than not, at war within yourself.

 

OUR GOAL IS TO GO ON A JOURNEY WITH YOU. WE’LL SHARE SOME EFFECTIVE TOOLS THAT YOU CAN USE TO HELP YOU NAVIGATE THE BATTLES OF THE MIND that WE may FACE EVERY DAY.

Our hope is that by the end of this journey you will have a:

  • Stronger sense of your personal identity

  • Stronger connection and relationship with others also on this journey

  • Stronger understanding of how to keep yourself safe from harmful thought patterns

Think of the battles we face in life as diseased trees that need to be cut down. In order to cut those metaphorical trees, it’s best to use a sharp axe. In this metaphor, our mind is our axe. An axe can be both a weapon and a productive tool to build something new.

In our programmes, we spend time sharpening our ‘axe’ by learning to ‘silence’ negative thought patterns and in many cases, ‘exchange them’ for more positive, life giving ones.
